    What control do I have over the AI output?

    At any point you can decide to use the AI-generated values, create your own rules or use the original data from your source. You can make that choice on both channel level and product level. Remember, you can always preview the AI values before deciding on the final feed configuration. Or, even run an A/B test for AI titles against your own titles to find the best performing configuration.

    What channels and languages can I use DataFeedWatch AI with?

    Currently AI optimization is exclusively available for Google Shopping and Facebook feeds in English, with work underway to expand to more channels and languages.

  • Can I extend my 15-day free trial, and how does it work?

    Free Trial extension: Absolutely! If you need more time to get used to the tool or want to be sure it's the right fit for your business, simply speak to your account manager, and they will gladly extend your free trial period.

    Plan features: Based on the selected plan, you will have full access to all of the plan features. There are no restrictions, and you won’t be billed until after your 15-day trial is complete.

    Cancelation of the Free Trial: We’ll send you a reminder email near the end of your trial to verify that you want to continue using DataFeedWatch. If you want to cancel the Free Trial, you can do so at any time by logging into your account, going to “Account", selecting “Plans”, and clicking “Unsubscribe from DataFeedWatch” below the plan features.

  • Why do you need my credit card for the free trial?

    You’ll be asked to provide your credit card information when you sign up for a free 15-day trial. This ensures that in the event you decide to continue using DataFeedWatch beyond the 15-day trial period, there are no interruptions to your subscription and your product feeds. You won’t be charged during the free trial period and may cancel your account at any point.

  • Is customer support available during the free trial? What if I need help getting started?

    Yes! And not only live chat support. You can book a free onboarding session (which we highly recommend :) where we’ll get you started, show you how easy the platform is to use, and together set up your first feed. During the session, we will also show you how to optimize and improve the quality of your listings.

  • Do I need a developer to get set up with DataFeedWatch?

    No. 97% of our users don’t need IT assistance setting up and deploying DataFeedWatch. Our platform is designed to be easy to use and to give marketers full control of their product feeds without coding or technical knowledge.

  • How do I switch to a different plan?

    You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by visiting your Account settings inside your user interface. Go to Account > Plans > select the plan you wish to switch to and confirm your choice. Done!

    In case you’d like to move to an Enterprise plan, you can do so by contacting your account manager or reaching out to support via live chat or email.

  • What integrations do you support?

  • Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions are canceled monthly. Yearly subscriptions on an annual basis.

    Once you cancel the account, you will still be able to use the account until the end of your billing cycle. 

    To cancel, log in to your DataFeedWatch account, go to “Account", select “Plans”, and click “Unsubscribe from DataFeedWatch” below the plan features.
