About the Job
Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at DataFeedWatch, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and contributing to the development of our outbound sales strategies. You’ll work closely with our sales and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales Activity
Proactively research and identify potential customers through targeted outreach efforts.
Use a mix of channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to initiate meaningful conversations with prospects.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and track progress in the CRM system.
2. Qualify Inbound Leads
Respond to and engage with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
Assess prospects’ needs and challenges to determine fit with DataFeedWatch’s solutions.
Transition qualified leads to onboarding specialists for further assistance and conversion.
3. Participate in Outbound Sales Strategy Creation
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Provide feedback and insights based on interactions with prospects to help improve processes and outcomes.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously enhance outreach efforts.
About You
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in business development role, outbound outreach, social selling and cold calling. Proven track record in achieving targets related to meetings booked and relationships established with C level executives.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the digital advertising industry, PPC marketing, or eCommerce is required, additionally having a strong LinkedIn network within digital marketing agencies is a big advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales acumen: Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDPIC, BANT and SPIN
- English Proficiency: Professional-level English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Proactive Approach: Self-starter who is eager to take initiative and achieve goals.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales engagement platforms is an advantage.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
