About the Job
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and career development for team members through regular 1:1 meetings, structured personal development plans, and defined career pathways.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Scrum Masters and Product Managers to cultivate high-performing teams, leveraging agile principles and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Establish robust partnerships with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and department heads to improve departmental workflows and ensure alignment on best practices.
- Actively engage with stakeholders, including PMs and department heads, to translate technical requirements into actionable insights, driving alignment and goal achievement.

Core Competencies
Technical Acumen- Proficient in SDLC management, with a solid foundation in software development being a big plus.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Agile/Lean principles, with a lean startup mindset that values rapid iteration and responsiveness to feedback
Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, with a track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong background in working with UX/Research/Data Analytics teams, ensuring product development is guided by user needs and data insights.
- Practiced in mentoring and empowering self-organizing teams to achieve both individual and collective goals.
- Committed to self-management, actively seeking challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Open to providing constructive feedback and equally receptive to receiving challenging feedback.
